While on a listing presentation, a couple who owned their house for a little over 6 years had a lot of questions about how to effectively sell their home in today's real estate market.  They asked me:  "How aggressive are you in your representation?"  Not that unusual of a question. Buyers and sellers both want to know that their Las Vegas real estate agent is going to represent them and their financial interests to the fullest extent.

As a Las Vegas Listing Agent, I would describe myself as tough and firm and a problem solver. In my listing presentation, I answered this question by discussing the different types of situations we face in real estate today and how I will handle them for them. There is no reason to assume a "them against us" posture; together we will piece together a win-win proposition.

The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.
